The process from start to finish was very attentive and hands-on. I called to get a quote and learn about their process and standards. There were no pushy, sales-y vibes during the call, and no pushy follow-ups either. I decided the following week to make the reservation deposit.I called a few times with questions (will they mount the TV? do they transport framed art?), and if they didn't have an immediate answer for me, they always got back to me within the hour. In the days leading up to the move, they called to confirm we were good to go, and they answered some other last minute questions I had (does certain furniture need to be disassembled?).The day of the move, Chadd, Will, and Nnamdi were so nice to work with! We had a particularly heavy piece of furniture that they moved with no problems, and they were quick and gentle with our belongings. We even had a loveseat delivered to the new location before the move that they helped move into place.I would highly recommend Oak City Moving to anyone who wants an efficient yet safe move and excellent customer service
